General trading conditions
Area of application
These trading conditions are the basis for all supplies and achievements of Premier Products GmbH in fulfilment of orders, which the customer did not give in connection with his commercial or independent vocational activity. Deviating one and/or supplementing agreements require the express written agreement of Premier Products GmbH; this also applies for a Abbedingung of the writing requirement.
Right of revocation
In the sense of § 13 BGB you are not longer bound to your order, if you recall it within a period of 2 weeks after receiving the goods. The revocation don´t have to contain a reason and can be written (a E-Mail, for example, sended to info@premier-products.de is sufficient) or can take place via return of the goods on our danger. For period keeping the punctual sending on the following adress is sufficient:

Please stamp the package sufficiently, to avoid extra postage. We will refund the amount of postage immediately. If you send back damaged or worn out goods, the legally permissible amount is brought in departure; you can avoid this, by examine the goods, as it would have been possible you in a store, and send them back in the original packaging and without any traces of using. We take on the costs of the returning trade sample, if the order exceeds an amount of EUR 40,-,
Excluded from the return are :
* Goods, which are made after ownerspecification or are clearly cut to your personal needs or which are not suitable for a return due on the basis of their condition or which have a tendency to spoil or which expiration date is exceeded,
* Audio- or video-recordings or software, as soon as you unsealed the supplied data carrier,
* Newspapers and magazines.
Guarantee
The guarantee takes place according to the legal regulations, but in case of a lack of the delivered goods, we add the finishing touches it or deliver subsequently new goods, according to your choice . If the finishing touches fail or if the delivered commodity is faulty again, then you can return the goods and we refund the full purchase price or you can keep it for a reduced price. Please take information about possible manufacturer warranties out of the product documentation.
Area of jurisdiction
In case of contracts with buyers, with persons of public law or with special public law property, the salesman´s headquarter is choosen for the exclusive area of jurisdiction for all the law-suits, resulting from the business relation, including change and cheque complaints.
